The Nu Chapter Reunion for 2012 will be back in Saratoga Springs, New York. The host hotel is the Saratoga Hilton.
We will have dinner Friday night at the Saratoga Raceway and Casino. The buffet there the last time wewere there was excellent. We will have our own room to enjoy talking with old friends. Saturday we are welcome to visit the campus at Union. There will be a small reception and a place to sit at the Alumni House (Abbe Hall), and the men's soccer team is playing. We are hoping to have tours available so you can learn about the new buildings and goings-on at Union. Saturday evening, we will have dinner and music to dance by at the host hotel.
For reservations, call the Saratoga Hilton at 888-866-3596 and request the group rate for the Beta Theta Pi Reunion 2012 -- the Group Code is AJCD. The nightly rate is $179.00 plus tax. You can also make reservations online at www.thesaratogahotel.com using the same Group Code AJCD. If you have to spell out the name of the group, you may have to spell "Theta" as "Thete" unless they manage to correct that. Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the day of check-in.
The Saratoga Hilton is located at 534 Broadway in Saratoga, and is the same hotel that we used for the 2005 reunion, but the name has changed. Check-in time is 3 P.M. | |
